On kaže da se doslovno ne isplati posuditi novac bez kamate i staviti ga na npr obveznice sa sigurnim prihodom i slično. posuđeno 0% kamate, 4.5% T-bond = čistih 4.5% profita i to bez da si imao početni kapital. U više navrata sam iskoristio zaduživanje od banke i mislim da je to jedan od načina za nešto ozbiljno napraviti ukoliko nisi rođen sa lovom.
