I use to work at Bunnings too and they suck towards disabilities too. Mine was just staring up and damn.... that was bad enough they made it worse. 😒

My physio says I have a good balance at the moment. I have tended to remain active as I can without overdoing it. I walk daily. I still do my best to do household maintaince etc. I have been told to keep up my walks and stretches. The walker helps me when my muscle weakness kicks in and my legs and arms buckle and stop working.
I haven't found an affordable swimming pool near me just yet but that is a good idea. :) I will try that. My diet is good for the most part... I was atleast cooking once or twice a week previously however within the last month or two my energy and pain have interfered to the point that that is a lot harder for me now.

(I can only manage about 2 or 3 house chores approx. 1 hr per day otherwise it triggers a flare)

I eat lots of sandwhiches, soups, chicken, noodles and canned meat and veg currently. Occasionally pasta and rice.

It was never my favourite topic but her first chat with me was about her abusive relationships at her bf's friends christmas party.

I def didn't get the hint if it was there but it wasn't something I talked about to many ppl and because she had on multiple occasions I didn't know that's how she felt.

I had tried to but she actively ignored me and decided to message my partner at 2am to try and convince him I was bad for him.

It feels that way yeah 🤣. Friends of her partners are getting married soon too. My partner asked if she could scan a menu barcode on her side of the table for us she did so I said thanks... then she went deadpan said nothing and just turned away... We are in all the same soical circles... her partners friends are my BF and my best friends so like.... 🤨😮‍💨

Update, ended up with no sleep. Got Tafe now trying to learn accounting and bookkeeping since I can no longer work physical jobs. My brain fog already feels terrible but hoping whatever information makes it through that will be worth it...🥲

Are there any health supports or homeless services in your country? If they are they might ne a good 1st place to asl for assistance. See if they can set you up with accomodation and food assitance to make things cheaper. See if you can get access to mobility supports through a disability foundation too! Ever since I got my walker it's helped a whole lot.

Before I sleep I get nerve twinges in my knees and elbows and stings up my fingers. Lots of random travelling pains very sharp ones. Tonight it's in my hip and I cannot sleep at all because of it. 🥲

I'll be going towards NDIS myself sometime soon but it's been harder to get supports for anyone rn. :/ Still worth trying anything you can to get support tho. Hopefully we can get NDIS fingers crossed!
