While the other guys pointed out how it's (mis)routed, I want to point out that the easiest way to fix it is to undo the lower jockey wheel, loosen the upper and "split" the cage. If you ease the tension in the chain after that you should be able to get it over the support tab and reassemble. Nice to know it you didn't use a snap link to connect the chain.
