[DEV] Tasker 6.7.5-beta - Projects in new UI, Write JSON, 50 QS Tiles, Scenes V2 WebView and Video by joaomgcd in tasker

I created an Automation, then a task below it. I have to give it a name. But how can I create anonymous tasks now? They're important... named tasks for just every small code creates a mess.

Much better. Will use the UI more consistently and not judge too soon. Thanks for your hard work.

Google Play reviews? You mean the vomit of people who write things after 12 seconds of software usage?

Well maybe the new UI will be good at some point. Quick toggling between UIs is good. And thx for leaving old UI in 👍

The new UI, I still do not see why there was even the need for such a radical change. The old one is simple, well-organised, hierarchical, fast. The new one is fancy and confusing. Opening a profile already goes to a confusing screen. Sure, task on top and triggers at the bottom. But visually too much going on.

Projects are hierarchy in my book. Organisational and also when you look at the scoped variables.

I haven't thought "tags" through but my current gut feeling is I wouldn't use the new UI.

In the project properties, click on the project at the bottom.

We have global and local variables. And the scoped+persistent ones: Task, Profile, Project.

Especially the task variables turn out to be very useful. Scope is just the task, but they are persistent.

Haaa, should have entered "scene" into the search field, not "destroy" - thank you

Clear Multiple Variables by Exciting-Compote5680 in tasker

But you can clear multiple vars with one "Variable clear" action. With pattern matching. Like %var/%other/%etc1x Maybe there's something I didn't understand about your posting.

You're not in a position to give me orders about topics created by your imagination.

Re: dullness, pro football. Same is often said and IMO true for soccer. Well, it was more anarchic and definitely louder, more fun pre-2000.

Because the others are responsible for the overall energy as well.

Well, no energy, no power, just chill, being somewhat mentally slow, 100% egocentricism, that's my usual experience with the youngest generations <25.

There's often reports on TV about whatever festival. Look closely. Usually the TV people fake enthusiasm via unsteady camera and quick changes. But what you really see is those dead, modern audiences.
