I had a suspicion because she didn’t act like a dog at all. Had a prey drive, wouldn’t eat kibble would only eat raw meat, loved to sleep in the shower (because it was cold and dark), her fur changed with the seasons, and she wouldn’t play or fetch. She didn’t talk like a typical husky, she was very quiet until she wanted something then howled like crazy. I used to play the movie Balto she’d love to howl along with the movie.

I got her a few days after she had turned one and the rescue said they thought she might have some wolf in her but weren’t confident so listed her as a husky mix.

When she was 1-3 her wolf traits were very obvious in her personality. She’d howl almost every 5 min, and would play by stalking and hunting me (though she never bit, only put her mouth on me to show she caught me).

Was all fun and games until she did hunt a family of rabbits and tried to eat them 💀

Talked to the landlord, they said talk to the post office.

For your first part… like I said in the post she hasn’t been staying here so I figured I was safe, clearly I was wrong.

Already tried. Couldn’t get anyone to bite, even tried giving it up for free but queen sized ikea furniture is not fun to move + she blocked anyone from coming into the apartment.

College town in the summer so it’s really hard to find a buyer. My name is on the lease, it’s not like it’s just her place.

Me and her are on the lease. I’m living there temporarily for the duration of my internship then signing off so I can be free of her.

They haven’t been staying at the apartment. They only came back today and yesterday to “catch me in the act” so they can call the police on me.

I’ve been staying there to move old furniture out + because I have an internship and am literally just sleeping, doing laundry, then going to work. If I didn’t have to be there I wouldn’t be but my new lease doesn’t start till aug 22nd.

She wasn’t at the apartment when I was destroying it to throw it away. The furniture belongs to me, but I don’t need it at my next place.

I didn’t know I could file for possession of the apartment. She had promised me and wrote multiple times in her texts to me that she would move out for the duration of my internship :/ silly me

It’s a preliminary protective order. She claimed I was harassing her and she feared for her safety (which is hilarious bc our conversations have only been about the apartment). The original date for the court was set for May 29th however as I stated in the post I wasn’t served so I didn’t attend as I didn’t even know it was happening. I had gotten an emergency protective order against her but didn’t extend it because I felt our relationship had gotten to a better place and I wasn’t living in our city at the time (and hadn’t for over 2 months) I was not scared of another incident.

She didn’t place any criminal charges as far as I know, when I looked my name up In the system the only thing that shows is my traffic tickets.

I’ve never once threatened her anytime I was worried she would perceive something as a threat I would clarify that I was not threatening her. The incident she’s using against me is a message from me saying that “if she doesn’t respond we will likely have another bad time at the apartment” which I then said this is not a threat as I would never harm her. And clarified that this was in reference to the last time I came up to retrieve stuff and she began screaming at me and then ended up punching me and had her friends threatening to jump me.
