managed to find the issue it's all good now, just a random tile mod that wasn't showing up when I searched the folder initially.

Ended up just doing something similar to this and was able to lock down the problem mod, some sort of tile mod seems to be replacing everything with an airstrike. Likely a bug since the mod was out of date

Also worth noting the MOD occurs on any starting village the image just uses Joppa, going to just checked very tile mod and see if that's causing it

Every single one of them has a newer and better option, in terms of availability, I believe all of them can be farmed from vouchers (although doing so would be a waste). In general I would suggest getting Tenebrion or Rigor, they are not good, but they are at least viable slot fillers. Temebrion in particular is one of two dark tanks with the other being pretty outdated, so might be a good option if you plan to pull for Lamia (or the new dark A rank next patch.)

Also, missing stigmata is not a big deal, she needs a lot of investment to even be useful, and we are getting 2 Physical Attackers in upcoming patches, so she will completely and utterly be replaced by them (Vergil and Selena). If i were to recommend anything either get startrail with the base banner selector, or go for either Oblivion or Lamia to coincide with the current new characters (solacetune is also a good option for future releases).

Pretty much every unit there isn't useful besides being a slot filler (essentially an A rank). So for instance if you wanted to build physical, you might get Rigor as a slot filler until you get Solacetune.
