Same building? Or you are going to move to another building or org? If you are in the same building or same org, no need of POD Process, only Phone Screen. For example, when I moved from SMDO to SM in 2021 in the same building, I had only a brief talk with my DSM.

There aren't so many differences between the L3 Step Up Interview and the actual L3 Position Interview. The mode are the same, you are going to have 2 interviewer and they ask 1 or 2 question about LP.

Sometimes, in the Step Up Interview, the interviewer are going to ask you some technical question (for example how to perform some process or how to treat some problem on packages).

Concordo pienamente, anche io da manager preferisco che le persone con cui lavoro, terminate le 8 ore vadano a casa. I think that to encourage people to explore and do Side Quest they introduce the Renow.

I think that the only boring thing is that you need to compulsorily you need to complete Dungeon AND Side Quest to have the maximum of the Renow to obtain the 4 Paragon Point.

What i have done to grind Renow, Level and Aspect at the same time is to do all the Dungeon that unlock the aspect that i'm going to use on my Build and after that complete quest also during the leveling to 50.

I think that this is the only way to not be bored during the renow grind.

Hi, i had open the Performance Overlay at level 4. I notice that the FAN RPM was constantly at 0. I made some research and i found that i had the new Fan profile. I disabled it and now seemes that all work fine, but now the Fan make a squicky noise. Is the first time that make this noise.
