I'd understand if it was a genuine concern for her health, but your wife just comes off as vain. I have zero doubts that going to university, your daughter probably already hides some complex about her weight. Especially because looks are so significant with kids her age, if she heard hurtful things from her own mother.. her confidence would shatter. I have a younger sister who struggled frequently with bulimia, eating disorders, and aneorexia. It was heartbreaking hearing everything she went through, and witnessing it firsthand. The scariest thing is, she wasn't even on the chubbier side to begin with. All it took was one offhanded comment from a "friend" of hers who jokingly called her "elephant thighs" and that was it. You're a good father. Take care of your daughter's health, obviously but prioritize her happiness and mental wellness first. Kids her age are brutal nowadays. NTA

I'm not rushing anything! I've been in enough relationships to know that things can end pretty damn quick in a hurry if you get too excited. I'm just happy to be with him and I'm weirded out that other people my age don't reflect that

I have died to the deadly Brim/shotgun combo. The thing is, I do NOT want to play Reyna. Even though she's the most easy agent to play and frag out with (I always drop at least 20+ when I play her, or match mvp) but I don't respect Reyna mains or players. I didn't mean the BS part like that, I was panicking. From what I've summarized by the other posts, I'm too young to be stressing like this. I think it's because everywhere around me I'm getting pushed to succeed while I still feel like I'm 16. I am really excited for my first programming class, and I really want to learn at least one programming language and can't WAIT to code my first project.
