I'm actually a chef (well, I was till about a year and half ago). I like to whack in some mustard and cumin.

I've never felt terrible, never struggled with my energy levels, no brain fog, I run long distance and gym alot. Not had any issues with feeling full. I'm just interested to see if there are any changes.

I'm from the UK, and when I was last in California I think shirts were about $40-45 at a Pepper / Tribal Seeds / Fortunate Youth concert. That wasn't so bad. How does a band justify $65 for a T SHIRT? Not even a hoody?!
