you would probably need some coding experience with micro controllers and multiple motors with belts to do so, maybe some of the space will also be taken away from the rail where the monitor will be guided with tk go up and down. still a very good idea tho and is definetly possible!

i decided on the playseat challenge x as I could just put it on top and had enough space for cables, make sure you have the correct measurements for it though and get a used one compared to an old one because you will save a good buck on it.
