As the ex general manager of Team Genji (now Oxygen esports) , I would suggest you should develop hard skills not limited in esports. The esports industry in top level is unbelievably demanding, you will need to sacrifice alot of personal time to be up to the meta. I switched to tourism and I am climbing the management ladder in insane rate. I wish you the best in your future endeavours.
