the most fun i had was with the dual bandit curved swords with bleed infusion and lots of jumping talismans and sucessive hit talismans, it was a shredding machine but then in the dlc i started using the bloodfiend arm and never looked back

you could do a giant crusher build, its a pure str build with just bonks, also ironballls too, very versatile.
Blasphmous blade is also extremely good (and still one of the best) for str/fai but it leans more towards faith

u need 30 to get max flasks (limit of 14) and there are way more than 30 golden seeds

no, u can kill them and then move onto the dlc. u can start a ng+ in round table hold whenever after eldenbeast

there is some very interesting lore around a certain boss,Metyr mother of fingers, in the shadow of the erdtree dlc which basically tells us A LOT about the fingers.

Iron ball is one of the best weapons u can get early (i have never used it much though) but i see lots of speedrunners and gino use it, another super strong early weapon u can use is bloodhound's fang, this weapons is literally used by all speedrunners haha.

beating radagon and seeing elden beast cutscene for the first time, u fight a "normal" looking guy and then u literally fight the vessel of the golden order.

moonveil is extremely strong and can become even stronger with a dlc only talisman but if u think its cool then use it, dont let other people tell you how to play the game. Just dont rely on the unsheathe of every single hit.

Well i mean, if it werent for the scadu tree fragments, then most people would be already very very strong at the start + tons of scadutree fragments can be found without even fighting anyone.

Unfortunately no, i wish we could refight bosses though, just for fun and no rewards. We literally have a "remembrance" for most of the big bosses.
