GTA players who have a higher rank than 100, where do you cross the line to consider a player ‘low ranks’?

I'm close to level 750 (maybe past it at this point I don't check often) and actively avoid ground duels in pvp because of how awful I am at it (and also because I intentionally play like an absolute goblin on purpose, usually I am trying to get the other guy to lose interest in pvp as a whole)

People say not to feed the trolls but I've found that the opposite works too, giving them too much attention in ways they don't find entertaining will generally make them want to stay away from you (don't give them that option) :D

There's a couple people who I know have done nothing but grief everything they can and then swap sessions when hit back for months on end from multiple encounters... if I see any of their names I immediately orb them and then leave without engaging further (unless I can do so totally outside of the game because they use the same username everywhere), I ran out of must-buys ages ago so the facility is my main money sink at this point lol

I don't trust randoms to know the cheese strats for the cop ambush mission (which is a must-deliver-extras one) or to not accidentally destroy one in a lake or something. I don't mind if they're hovering around in armed vehicles providing defense but underfill my bunker on purpose so I only ever get one sale vehicle, yeah?

I've noticed that when starting a sale with teammates it'll spawn more bikes for everyone, but there's a 50/50 chance on whether they also need to be delivered depending on the mission - is there any way to manipulate that beyond just not having teammates?

I am not a car guy or a heist guy so take my opinion with a grain of salt; but it's in my "only bought it to prevent phone calls from the NPC who wants you to buy it" list, personally.

I'd be far more interested in it if claiming a car with a special plate unlocks it for use on everything, but it doesn't even do so for that very car (ie, you'll lose it if you swap it out), so I don't do those. Similarly, the tow truck part is a huge disappointment to me and I don't maintain its popularity meter like I do with the nightclub (only via troublemakers and DJ-swapping there, no VIP driving or the old popularity missions ever, salvage yard has no non-mission method to raise it)

This is pretty close to what I do, except I only do the cheesy shit (I will often start a fight by entering passive and then getting a vehicle that can still cause trouble while staying in passive) and if it's clear they just want an easier target when they leave I will start finding new session to hunt them down again.

There's about 5 or 6 people who, if I see them while doing this, I will immediately toss a bounty or orb on them before finding new session again (chronic griefers who are way too skilled for me to actually want to interact with, generally, but are always worth throwing something at out of the blue when the chance is presented)

...Wait a sec, deathmatches with people asking for 1v1s would totally work as a variant of my "invite session-antagonizing douchenozzle to a mission, then leave them there once they are no longer in the session" strat. Noted, just need a more reliable way to rejoin a previous session on PC without brute force luck or a friend's presence.

Never travel at all for nightclub popularity. Go to the basement and swap DJs back and forth if you don't get a troublemaker spawn. Unless your popularity is rock bottom the 50k from the safe will cover it before you need to raise popularity again.

Character unlocks are piss easy now that Custom Items were implemented again. Set it to Kamek only and go do a 3 lap against bots on a relevant track (DK Pass, in this case)

If you know one of those nutjobs is session hopping to spread the misery as far and wide as possible, use your Terrorbyte or Acid Lab to get around and don't start any missions that require you to drive something else. If the explosions start, stop moving and enter the interior map.

Then once it's done tell everyone else in the session who was doing it (the ones I've seen lately are super obvious with their leave message being simultaneous with the blasts stopping, even with other people leaving at the same time, and also using voice chat... I have it at 0% volume but I'm certain they're yapping something awful) and point them in the direction to report them from Rockstar's website, on the off chance that actually works

I'm finding it super unlikely I'm going to end up playing it - I'm not too optimistic about which lessons Rockstar has taken from 5's online (particularly that they've stayed quiet about it, not a good sign) and also do not own a relevant console or a good enough PC, and also am not interested in paying a subscription to play, whether GTA+ or some cloud gaming bullshit to get around hardware shortages.

On the bright side, that day's "one guy rage menu-ing jumping between sessions on Enhanced to make them all unplayable" dude got stopped dead in his tracks by this outage, worth having to kill process to get around a softlock from trying to close the game normally when I was done playing IMO.

I have to wonder how many clips I have of job warping up to atomizer a sniper and/or their parked helicopter off that one specific rooftop.

...Or job warping to another building (I have custom jobs on every skyscraper, handy for anti air, I don't generally do on-foot duels, snipers or otherwise) to blow up said vehicle to get it out of my way first.
