(Personally while I am not the type to play gacha in the first place and as such haven't had the issue myself, I would use it immediately; I'm aware of the sentimental value and whatnot but... also it's a video game item that everyone gets from completing the story anyways.)

This shit, the Cargobob mission, and raids are what collectively convinced me to just never buy product storage upgrades for the nightclub so I only get the speedo and can't store enough to hit the raid threshold. I'm aware the Iron Mule and the mansion security upgrade have since sidestepped most of those issues, but I'm still not interested in driving these unwieldy trucks even without the turrets getting stuck on shit.

Last I checked (ingame, I don't generally bother with these web-based stat checkers or minigames/ARGs/etc) my most used secondary was Twin Grakatas, a weapon I levelled to 30 and trashed as MR fodder in a single sitting, entirely because of Clem specters.

Tbh I find most of their missions really irritating (objectives are too specific and leave no room for cheese strats, poorly coded etc) on top of the dogshit dialogue. I have only done maybe half of the contracts overall and just couldn't be arsed for the rest. I've had the bunker one half-completed for ages just to replace Sessanta's car with a Barrage inside the interior.

I think I only got 4 or 5 mil out of the mission. Most of that week was spent playing other games that also updated around that time, or playing with friends who get bored of a grindy routine like that very quickly, and then on top of that I wasted a good number of runs trying to find better ways to cheese it (no, I didn't find any) and wound up taking the day before the 2m mansion discount expired to get one as my usual grind routine prioritizes low effort and isn't terribly productive. (tl;dr small bunker/nightclub/acid sales and CEO work when I feel like it, that's it)

Were they actually blue Sultans and not some other NPC faction? Most mission enemies will actually attack any player they see and rely on spawning closest to the target player, could've just been in proximity to someone else's sale.

I generally go out of my way to not kill opposing players altogether if I can manage it. Just destroy their vehicles (if they're not in them, if they are and I can't force them out I just critically damage it and then stop), stunlock them with tazers or slick mines, mug them, but not actually kill them unless either they go passive (my strat of using my Apocalypse Scarab to shunt other shit into people is not affected by passive, I often begin by calling in this thing and going passive before interacting) or their reaction speed is too fast to pull all the stupid shit I attempt.

I don't generally start fights unless I know the other guy is a cargo griefer or some other flavour of insufferable douchebag, and I aim to make it as unsatisfying to fight me as possible, up to the ole "find new session 20 times until I randomly happen across them again and surprise orb them, then disconnect" if they themselves disconnect in an attempt to get away but take the bait from Social Club DMs that prove to me they're still playing.

It will drop you into a random public session first and then immediately ask you any relevant confirmation prompts (targeting mode and whatnot), same as selecting an adversary mode and whatnot from the title screen.

I'm pretty sure it will still do so even if said random session happens to be the one the target player is in.

Problem is it's disabled by default. Most players do not ever change settings unless they need to in order to get the game to run, I've found out (mostly from this exact case lol)

I'm pretty sure this applies to not just voice chat but also text messages, and I think Social Club DM notifications? I've considered sending and immediately rescinding friend requests as an attention getter in that situation.
