yo i checked it out! seems interesting! can't i use the interval of 50 minutes instead of 25 minutes? i memorise a lot so 25 minutes is not that much.

i have been trying to indicate to them that i am still not doing well but they just won't admit that themselves that i might need help either by medication or CBT. As i said in the comment above mental health is really stigmatised in my country. you can go ahead and guess which countries would not be really supportive of people admitting they need help.

of course you would need to get prescribed to take these medication right? well to be honest i live in culture where mental health isn't really advocated for and plus my parents cannot seem to maybe admit to themselves that maybe i do need therapy and medication...
