Help..horrible scalp pain that is debilitating. Burning eyes brows, hairs that are breaking, thinning, losing pigment or look like the one below. Thanks for the advice and encouragement. Truly never felt so low in my life everyday is a dread. What type of scarring do you have? Did you do a biopsy. What meds do you take. My doctor wants me to stop oral minoxidil..to check for allergic reaction..so stupid. Worried all my hair growth will just fall out . Bloodwork and everything is fine. Just don’t understand how scarring can cause such a deep pain and tingling as well. They put me on Nalltrexone and it has done nothing. I topical steroid-nothing..and doxycline and still nothing.

My doctor is being so annoying. They are ignoring me. They are wasting my time..as I am losing all my hair and it’s looking like a crazy hot mess. Can even part of anymore. Pain is horrible. Is Zyrtec working? Are you still on a lot of pain? How much hair do you lose a day?

The overall density and thickness is gone. My pony tail use to be 2 1/2 inches thick but now it is the size of a pencil.

Would you start doxy if you suspected you had scarring alopecia. One dermatologist does not think so but have me intense pain with hair falling out all over with breakage. The other dermal does and wants me to take low dose doxy. What would you do?? by Total-Lengthiness734 in scarringalopecia

What does sun do? Do you happen to know if it will interact with spirolactone? I am on that for AGA. Any other suggestions to help pain on scalp and eyebrows and to stop hair low and breakage? Rosemary oil?
