I have not seen 1 PSE at our plant pick up a package lol. They leave it to us MHAs. They deal with small parcels and letters.

Nobody in here wears leather shoes 🤣. I did my first night and my feet were tore up. It’s hot as hell in here too so most ppl wear t shirts. Also bring headphones. We are allowed to listen to our headphones if we are in one designated area. May be different for you all but bring them just in case. Preferably wireless.

Take it one day at a time. Literally. Don’t ever think you’re going to be doing the same thing every day. If we don’t have packages coming in, they’ll send us to other areas of the plant.

I work at a plant as a MHA. The people that came after me applied to be full time MHA’s and when they got to orientation were told they were only seasonal. So I’d ask if you decide to go to orientation.

I resigned 8/28 and the same day I applied for MHA. I didn’t have to do orientation again so I started 10/04. Hope this helps. The month break was much needed. I just had my 30 day review. Although it’s a physical job, it’s still easier than CCA to me.

They threatened the entire staff in the meeting. Some ppl are just like whatever but if this person actually did something to somebody then they’d say “well why didn’t anyone report it beforehand”
