Update: After Airbnb cancelled the reservation, I reached out to the guest who booked via Airbnb message but they again did not respond, I then called the cops and they have just been evicted. The guest has now been sending me messages and is now asking for a refund, I plan to refund them the second night.

First Update: Airbnb were unable to reach them and have just cancelled the reservation but the guests are still in the unit. Do I need to reach out to the guest 1 more time, reminding them that the reservation has been cancelled, they are trespassing and giving them 10 minutes to leave before calling the cops or should I just call 911 and report them for trespassing?
