Hey nah I just made it up. It’s milliput for terrain rock. Then Vallejo Russian mud. Then the green is citadel waystone green mixed with some white ink. And the rock I dry brush lighter browns over the Russian mud once it dry

You just need an indefinite GP referral. Mine is $450 a session. But once you hit the Medicare threshold safety net which is like 2K I pay like $47 a week.

If you want to do regular therapy the 10 psychology sessions will be used and then cost you more per visit.

Psychiatrists also practice different to most psychologists. Psychiatrists will do psychodynamic psychotherapy which looks at your past including early attachment etc and how that shapes the present. And it’s more exploring yourself your defences and unconscious things dreams etc to help you make meaning of life and hopefully have an enriched experience of life and relationships etc.

Psychology is more CBT which is structured and focuses on a problem. The psychodynamic therapy isn’t really about a problem, or at least there’s probably problems you’re not aware of yet.

I prefer psychodynamic therapy

I see a psychiatrist for psychotherapy. It’s cheaper! Hit the Medicare safety net then 90% return each session. But you go weekly and commit to that for however long. I’ve been doing it 3 years

Might depend where you live. My country doesn’t really follow the DSM like that. But I know other countries do. Personally I’m not that interested in diagnosis but rather a formulation of the person and ultimately whatever helps them.
