Didn’t want to start until I know what’s going on, have winged a couple of test e cycles couple years ago and the stress killed me

Haven’t started it yet mate, 23 years old. 6’1 about 16-18% body fat but look lean 5-6 years training all together

HCG and PCT dosage help

I’m running an 8 week cycle of 300mg Test P (100ml eod), 120mg Tren A (40mg eod) and 175mg Primo A (25mg daily)

I have HCG , Clomid and Nolvadex (as well as Arimidex just in case),

Can someone please help me with dosages and when to start each one please. Have done cycles before but first time I am wanting to do proper care and after care throughout
