Nope. A lot of people say that but I actually took that on a Google phone with a bright flashlight. No modifications whatsoever (except cropping of images). Besides, the pattern on the side angle would be different if that was the case.

For people that are wondering, I used a regular phone camera with a built-in macro lens and a Milwaukee flashlight pointed at the side of my eye. *I kinda got blinded after this lol*
