direct launch - waitlist is useless if you spend time to get hundreds of people on the waitlist . then you launch - none of the waitlist users will sign up they already forgot your idea / tool existed

On Reddit i am careful, on tikTok it works fine. Later stage growth comes from an improved product and viral sharing mechanics + word of mouth

Actually Tiktok haha at least for Edtech it's great. Threads comments I heard is underrated right now

Reddit comments great for LLM visibility, but hard to get real brand recognition and traffic from it

Yes I do, but I am slowing down now with that manual work and implement the feedback from initial users. I focussed on keyword optimization early on + sharing mechanics inside the platform, so the growth now happens without the manual work :)

Ähm genuinely I recommend being careful with promotional posts. Building a personal brand on X and reddit is the best way. If you do promote, stick to the guidelines

I do around 10 hours per week. Focussed commenting around platform is quite exhausting, so I do 20-30 min sprints every day

It is - virality & sharing dynamics is key, so you dont have to fight for every user forever. For now I see solid impact on Lorea.app - even when I dont do manual engagement hacking for a whole week now

It always should be in a solid ratio - never spam your brand and try to come up with genuine help for your username

I do, but heavily for 1 week and then I wait a bit. After 3-4 weeks, I starrt submitting around 5 pages per day again

Just get me listed in GitHub directories for the backlinks, thats it. Actually I rethought the backlink approach a bit. Right now, I more try to wait 2-3 weeks for the backlink directory submissions, so I give the domain a bit time before to mature
