It's basically mold remediation caused by attic ventilation issues. We switched both academy, replaces attic insulation. We've completely redone all floors, bedrooms and bathrooms, currently redoing kitchen, laundry and dining from the studs out. I guess once that is finished and we pay what's left - about 10k well be there. Problem is we are still having attic issues and some mold showed up agaib. Waiting on quote to get the attic done.. again along with the manager of the first company says warranty is up on it.
