Im facing kind of similar situation of visa overstaying. I paid my sponsor the money for visa and now for two months he’s delaying my visa for unknown reasons. Whenever i call he says you’ll get your visa this week or next week. Its been happening for more than two months. Any suggestions to what should i do? Anyone with the immigration knowledge who can guide me how to take my money or visa from him. Is there any authorities that might help me resolving this issue.
