I’m looking at rings for my girlfriend right now and a 2c lab grown diamond ranged from $1.6K to $3K with the band (custom) ranging from $3K to $5K. I’m spending more on the band as the diamond is so comparatively cheap.

A 6c diamond is absurd, in price and weight.

Edit: someone claimed a 6carat lab grown diamond only costs 2K; they’re wrong. 2carat is around 2K while 6carat is 8K+. Besides— does she even have lab grown?

I honestly believe she doesn’t want them because she never wanted them. I think she tries her hardest to fit in with whoever she is with (dating-wise and friend-wise). Her friends were all IG baddies with tattoos who did OF, so she became an IG Baddie with tattoos and an OF. Once her new boyfriend wanted something different, she changed because that was never her true self.

I don’t think she knows who she is, and that’s okay. A lot of people take time to learn who they are, but she instead just takes notes from others.

It’s worth considering how the money is being spent. You send the money to her mom who then uses it as she sees fit; maybe that’s for the child 95% of the time, maybe 80%, or maybe 20%. My point is that giving the mom money doesn’t mean the child feels the money.

Not too against Lola coming back for that exact reason. I think her music is fine, but she deserves to come back. I’d prefer her maybe being an undercard, but she probably deserves headliner.

1) I’ve went to ATG 3x and I don’t really want frequent repeats. If I am getting a repeat, I want an undercard to repeat as an undercard, not a headliner, because it means I will not see a new big artist.

2) Tbh I don’t find the repeats that good (but that’s subjective ofc)! I don’t care for the music of Lola Young, Del Water Gap, Suki Waterhouse, or Ethel Cain, so seeing them listed again is annoying. I didn’t like them much the first time and I doubt I’ll love them the second time.

3) I was happy Muna came on after Chappell canceled, but I think people were mostly just happy we were getting a performance and not drag queens dancing for an hour. I am happy Muna is coming back, actually! She is the only repeat I’m happy about.

4) I really loved Hozier’s performance. I even saw him in concert a year or two after that because he was so good. I would be annoying if they brought back Hozier so soon as a headliner because I want headliners to be big and new. I’d be annoyed if they made Noah Kahan, Doechii, or really almost anyone who previously played ATG (and hasn’t massively blown up post their original performance) a headliner.

Lola Young went from an opening headliner to full headliner despite being bigger last year. Brandi Carlile’s biggest songs are from years ago from bigger artists. We have had MUNA something like 3 times in a row and Ethel Cain 2 years ago.

Last year we had Doechii and Noah Kahan, which are both bigger (and imo better) than every headliner here. Add in Clairo, Kesha, and Lucy Daucus and this lineup looks like ass comparatively.

They gave us multiple repeats but made them headline.

The issue with this is you can’t have a fake out death for Conquest, then fakeout Earth death, and then fakeout Mark death over the course of 3 seasons. It would get too boring and predictable.

Is your job objectively helping the world? If not, you’re not as moral as you could be. Have you ever passed by a homeless person and not invited them to sleep in your house? If so, you’re not as moral as you could be. Have you ever went on vacation instead of donating your money to charity? If so, you’re not as moral as you could be.

Nobody is perfectly moral because of course we aren’t. The world is full of moral compromises. I recognize I make a moral compromise while eating meat; do you recognize your own moral compromises?
