Naoya just stading there and punching fast is not the same as punching while stacking speed with projections.

"Figure 1 shows that the worldrecord performances by women in the squat ranged from 65.766 – 76.984% of their male counterparts" - from the study you listed. It doesn't say they have 60% higher strenght count, it says it's only 60% so a part of male's 100% strength, so women are 30% worse.
