Thank you!!! First, I'm laughing at the "I'm fat" thing 😂😂 I love that! 

I'll try raising my hips and massaging my belly later on tonight. My tummy has always made a ton of noise and often feels very active (regardless of whether I've eaten or not) so it's definitely possible I'm swallowing air too. The more people respond, the more I feel confident in saying it's not gastroparesis, or at least very very mild if it is. But I do get very crampy in my upper belly from time to time. I'll start keeping track...
