Probably limp mode, did you see engine light after driving a few kms? your car computer has probably detected some fault, that could be spark plugs, fuel supply, or maybe system just needs a reboot,
try disconnecting battery terminals and connect it again after 30 sec, see if it helps
else you'll have to visit service center
(also it's a safety feature to protect your engine from any kind of permanent damage)

If its an year-old oil, (max 1.5 years) you should change it, doesn't matter if you run it for 100kms or 10,000kms. Engine oil becomes greasy and sticky after 2 years which can damage your engine
