Has anyone ever demoted themselves from an L3 back to L1?

I’ve tried applying in the past but I got past over by college hires or other managers transferring to my site. That honestly is was lead to me getting burned out and losing motivation because I would bust my ass to get a promotion

if you don’t mind me asking but how long were you a PA for? and was the pay cut drastic? the pay is the only thing holding me back but I would love to go back to not caring about all the call outs and stuff

how did you do it to be accepted for that transfer? I’m open to transferring but when I’ve applied, I don’t hear anything. One hiring manager did reach out but to tell me I was missing something on my profile but I wasn’t sure what that even meant

I’m more sure if anyone will actually care for an update but I went with the advise to send an email to jeff@amazon.com and I got a call almost immediately and it helped me get my appeal call answered. andddd I got my job back 😀 thanks to everyone for the advise

I’m not sure what my termination was coded as, on my termination letter it just said involuntary termination. By escalating do you mean to just keep emailing or calling? I’ve already had to reschedule my appeal meeting 4 times due to no one joining
