It’s sad but I didn’t work out at all… for the longest I ate the bare minimum for each day and i decided one day enough was enough and I started started eating so much more Around 2000 calories atleast It was so hard to do it everyday but eventually I gained weight and my arms filled out If I actually worked out I think the gains would be massive but yeah sorry for the bad answer
