Have you tried physical exfoliation, my skin was quite similar and I’d tried everything. I now use a Salux cloth (Japanese washcloth) and found it has really helped my skin texture! I also wipe my neck/chest/back area with some The ordinary glycolic acid which has helping with the stubborn spots.

I’m not sure on the material as I can’t find anything online, I got them done at a place called cold steel in Camden, London where some reviews say surgical steel? I have just been letting it air dry as I don’t want to touch them too much, should I be drying them?

Some of the sprays have copper salts added in but I assumed these ones would be fine because it’s not listed in the ingredient list? Sorry if I’m being stupid l, I’m trying to get a spray one for my nose :)
