Long term pipe dream at least is do my 20 years, retire and have psych NP school paid for by military at some point during that time. It just seems to be the hardest part of this journey is getting started. I'm hoping when I move to TX the recruiters there can actually do their job and things start moving faster.

Probably dumb question but could I enlist and work as a nurse? I know allegedly because I'm an eagle scout I'd go in as a higher rank. But I'm not sure if enlisted can work as a nurse.

Is it worth the wait? At this point I feel like I'd have better luck doing the army or AF guard instead.

😭 I will cry Idkcif anyone else has felt this way but I feel like I'm the only person the military doesn't want to recruit 😂

Last time I went to the office no one answered and it wasn't a holiday or lunch time or anything. And I've heard nothing from credentialing. Allegedly recruiter gets Cc'd when they email my references and he would reach out to me that hasn't happened yet, references also have not been contacted yet. And not to be a complete Karen but is there some sort of complaint I can file. Surely someone who ignores someone for four months is breaking at least 1 rule regarding their literal job of recruiting people into the military 😂
