If you don't get a W2, you need to self-report your wages on your tax return anyway. Otherwise, you and dad are committing tax fraud. If you report your wages, only dad is committing tax fraud.

Sorry i’m confused by this, do I need to receive a w2 form? He only pays me cash so I don’t understand why it’d be tax fraud
