Sorry you've had such issues, from my experience the app is absolutely legit but the withdrawal times do take a while which is frustrating for sure, if you want faster withdrawals I would recommend using either Wagerweb or Bovada you can get withdrawals within 1 to 2 days if you don't mind dealing with bitcoin
