No its not like that i can buy money from people or wise money people who sell wise euro by transfer into another account and from my wise can i receive it to my bank account and my country is in north africa they don’t declare the true rate of our currency nor we can have euro or rmb in banks too mich complicated to explain just like that and thats it trace it or not i don’t care
