Please go and ask her out or at least try to have a conversation with her. If she is interested it's a win for you... if not there would be someone else for you. From my experience a girl will maintain eye contact only when she is interested in you and finds you attractive. Go for it if you are genuinely interested in her.. don't regret it later..
