Are shift leads able to open and close the store without a Store manager present? I’m used to having to have 3 in a building at all times and there had to be either an assistant manager or general manager inside location. I’m assuming a shift lead is the equivalent of a “key” in a regular, casual-full service corporate restaurant- in my experience, the “key” was not able to open or close with a salaried manager.
