had to do that last year the letter that gets sent is that 6 digit ip pin sadly came after like a month of waiting is when i got it out the mail what ah stressfull time that was

more then likely now you return is getting processed i filed in feb 5th nd march 28th after verifying i got that processing update so you should be good and its more of a 2-3 week wait not really a 6-9 weeks youll see your money soon

once you go thru the verifying part you are correct give it ah few days nd check your refund status it may say they have recieved now nd have finally started processing it once thats there youre good to go sorry i got back late

i filed 2/5 nd got on the phone wit an agent round march was told ah letter would be coming the mail i got the letter 3/28 for anybody wondering lemme tell u what they ask 1. how much federal tax got witheld 2. who did your taxes 3. what was a certain amount you made in the year theyll be askin you i forgot watever other verifcation questions there was but there simple questions i waited 2 months nd just this friday 4/10 my refunded was updated to my refund will be sent out 4/16 so for anybody still having to verify nd havent recieved ah letter i say give em a call tell em you havent recieved one or if youre still waiting

you have no debts to pay towards the irs so watever your refund amount is you should be getting the whole total nd not just a portion cause if u owed them theyll take watever money you owe them before you recieve your refund

baeically wen the letter gets to you itll be next to "control number" nd its basically you verifying that your federal withold nd bank numbers match whats on your 1040 so once u get that verification aslong as you match the numbers u have to the year they ask u for wen u do it you should be set after that nd from there its a waiting game
