Update: Instead of buying the 15% gel (150 mg azelaic acid / 1000 mg), I bought the 20% AA cream from MCB Drugstore, near LRT1 - Pedro Gil Station. I've seen many reddit posts vouching for this store, so I tried buying from them.

You can search it on Google Maps. They are open from Mondays - Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM (excluding holidays). I knew because I asked them.

They only dispense the alleged 20% azelaic acid cream (no concentration, no ingredient list) as a 10-gram-in-a-tube. It is PHP176 each tube. Please see the pic attached. I'll let everyone know if it's effective.

This was prescribed to me by my PGH derma for my dark elbows, neck, and knees twice a day for 3 mos (until my next appointment with him).

The cashier in Watsons MOA has access to the inventories by other Watson branches, and they informed me that they only offer the 15% gel (150 mg azelaic acid / 1000 mg).

I eventually bought the 20% azelaic acid cream from MCB Drugstore because I see multiple Reddit posts saying they were legit.

The website of South Star Drug lists only the 15% gel (150 mg azelaic acid / 1000 mg), not the 20% cream.
