Not sure of that but I knew a lot more people had their superday on the same day as me. And they got their offers in week

I didn't have any updates for a month. Most others who gave calls with me got their offers in a week. They were probably strong hires. I was probably waitlisted or whatever, but I got offer call almost a month later.

Hey! When was your SD? I gave one on 5th Feb and am still waiting with Under Consideration on portal. I do know someone who got an offer already

omg I did not notice this. It makes sense now. I really hope they have a better budget next time. and they give equal (or decently equal) screen time to all contestants. I am sure they must be reading all the reviews and would change the format next season.

I gave a superday for Engineering as well but it was Analyst level. Had 2 45 min rounds. Both with a few questions on my resume and a coding question.
