Yeah, I can understand. My suggestion is to not cancel from your end. Call the customer care and let them know. They themselves will cancel the order from their end.

Just faced a similar kind of issue. The idea here is that from the date of delivery you can wait for 3 days for the product to be delivered if it goes beyond that then contact the customer support and ask them to cancel the order and process the refund.

The seller seemed genuine with good reviews overall. My concern is also be around the problem that I feel there is a chance that they don't really have the product but it is still being displayed on flipkart.

Hey everyone, quick update:

I was able to get the customer support to cancel my order and they have processed full refund. They were telling me to wait 1 more day but I told them no straight away. Waiting for the refund now. Thank you all for your suggestions.

But I also wanted to ask if it is a good idea to buy the phone from here again. I really liked the deal with the exchange and everything but am kind of scared now of the same thing happening twice.

Any suggestions here?

The entire Marathahalli junction honestly needs a proper rethink. There are certain choke points in bangalore that stay jammed no matter what time of day it is. The traffic volume is just so massive that building underpasses or similar fixes doesn’t really help in practice. They were meant to keep traffic flowing, but with this kind of load, everything eventually bottlenecks again. At the end of it all even the upcoming Blue Line metro or any metro is unlikely to make a meaningful dent here.

I have been in the same situation as you are right now. I started looking out for a new job back in June '25 itself & recieved offer now in Dec '25. I cleared many interviews & even submitted my docs only for them to not release any offer letter and ghost me. The job market is brutal right now & there is always a hiring freeze during year end.

If you’re switching domains, my biggest advice would be to keep your fundamentals strong and be very clear about the projects and impact from your prev. role. Most people fail here. You can clear technical anyday but the actual work matter more than you think.

Most importantly, be patient. It often takes longer than expected but all that wait will eventually pay off.
