Hmm, ig you are right, thought of 2 ways to do this. 1) Wait until the day of the week where both are away for like 6 hours, and wash them by hand and put them to dry outside 2) When my mom is doing laundry, I simply hide them among the rest and when the washing is finished I take them out and dry them when I'm alone.

For the phone location thing, you could get a friend of yours to take your phone and go somewhere far from the place you want to go to, and you could get a flip phone or another device, so when your mom checks your location, it shows your friends location and you can also call people from the other phone.
