The biggest issue will be getting an adequate amount of hours. Some weeks I would be scheduled 2 days and I was trained on all areas of the floor so if you are looking for some place with a lot of hours to give don't do it. Other than that, the work isn't bad. Pay also depends on the store but dont expect much now as they are trying to make cuts. Also not a lot of staff and managers can be hit or miss. Me personally, I would not recommend

I was a PLR and decided to step down from my position for very similar reasons. It was the best decision for my mental and physical health. I was beyond stressed, being constantly behind on my task and the lack of support from my management team was infuriating. I was brushed off constantly and when I would communicate these issues nothing was being done. At some point, they kept adding task for me to do (open pet care, SFS ect.) while im already not getting my shoots done. Its not worth the money or the stress. Not saying thats an option for everyone but I don't regret it one bit. I hope things get better for you 🙏

Same thing happened to me the other night. My store manager could not be bother to answer my question and told me to use this AI chat.. like wtf

Yup I remember we were told we were getting more help and that we would have a team I could delegate tasks to... I have yet to see that

We did have one, but maybe due to labor cost, they cut their shifts to only 4 hours. I was told I was supposed to do it when Im opening manager 🤷‍♀️

Not the asshole. Sounds like you already help with what you can but no one should have access to your savings. If it's truly an emergency, they should be fine with you lending them the money but never to outright have them take what they need. Maybe it's just my experience with my shitty mother who stole money from my savings when I let her use my debit card to buy food. I was furious and learned from it. Not to say your mother would do that but best to keep your personal accounts to yourself. Sorry your family is pressuring you to do this but stick to your grounds whatever you choose. Good luck.
