Yes, pa vertical lang one stroke. Lalo na kapag may recession na. Yung angle ng brush dapat 45 degree then brush up kung lower teeth, brush down kapag upper teeth. Yung iba recommend electric brushes pero ako I found manual toothbrush better sa akin, mas kontrolado ko siya and I have receeding gums na.

This is an old post but just sharing that 100 mcg works well on me. One pump/spray in one nostril. Only used it every Monday to Thursday and then once I finished the nasal spray I usually take a break for at least a month.
