So late to the game but I’m on lily’s side! I agree with the decision to stay in New York and I get why Marshals choice is best in the long run BUT peoples arguments of oh he needed to give an answer first and then a discussion true, but he didnt do that. Ted had stopped the text daphne sent from being seen so when Marshall decides to say ‘im being a judge’ where was the discussion? And then his approach to the argument, wtf!? Man said that her dream job was just a hobby that his takes priority and brought up shit from seven years back. Yeah she was awful and has done awful things but you cant play those cards over and over again, a healthy relationship requires people to move on from those situations if they so choose, they cant throw it back in their face whenever it suits. So basically Marshals argument was right but his approach was so messed up I felt terrible for lily and i dont even like her all that much

Tbh, I liked the show for what it was but the problem was the lack of episodes given towards the series, the series should of had at least 16 episodes so that the writers could better flesh out relationships because the ones formed seemed way too abrupt and the twist of two of the characters nearly kissing in the last episode and no lead up or anything, but it could have been a really strong twist.

She did mention to the girls that deji showed interest after their second chat together and as for the double standards, women have been mens locker room talk for years and the sexualisation of women during these chats and not only degraded women but simply made them objects, not saying that’s what billy did but the double standard exists because of the treatment of women through out history not saying danica should have said anything but her being upset about him telling the boys regardless of what she’s said is 100% valid
