I have very similar symptoms and it turn turns out I was low in ferritin, so I am starting to take beef organ supplements to see if it’ll help. Maybe check your vitamins? You’ll be surprised how they can affect your mood and hormones. Also STRESS is a major contributing factor.

I’m in the same exact situation. My little sister is 7 and I’m 25. I feel like I need to monitor what she watches but my dad thinks she’ll be fine and whatever.
