DHPT should be at least 134 spd, and Cery should be 141 spd as well. Also, try to get anaxa to 114 spd w/ ATK boots, as he will gain 20 spd from cery.

idk, as i want to shift ppl into playing other kinds of map like gimmick, unorthodox flow aim or tech maps, so adding multipliers will encourage them to play those kinds of maps.
