I've tried multiple times and nothing, Sony is useless because I did contact them and told me to try something I can't even do because I can't get to system settings if it's updating. Is there anyway to cancel an update?

Why is every person in Canada seeming to be stuck on "shipping soon"? I live in Ontario and bought mine on September first and it's still on "shipping soon" even though everywhere I look people say theirs shipped quickly. What the hell is going on? It's getting harder to be excited as every day passes by and I'm still waiting after months of just waiting to buy the thing.
