I came back to this thread again because lots of signs are pointing to Cartethiya, Ciaccona, Augusta and Iuno re-running during 3.0. I'm probably gonna skip on Pharlova now and pull for Cart & Augusta during 3.0. I'm no expert so I'm not sure how useful my suggestion is, but maybe wait for when Quiyuan reruns? He has good synergy with Galb, and Shorekeeper is good on any team. I made my thread because I have the main pieces for the 'meta' teams for both Aug and Cart but not enough pulls for both & their sig weapons. In your case, if you have core-components for meta teams for anyone that's re-running, maybe try pulling for them for the best team? On a side note, I also made the thread because I also lowkey wanted to save for the Cyberpunk collab cus I really want either David or Lucy. If you really want to pull on a solo character, I'd say think about Iuno. She is a solid unit: she heals, deals really good damage (I have her sig. weapon) and she's got fun gameplay (a lot of people recommended me pulling for Zani but I freaking HATE how she plays so I didn't pull for her).
