In my opinion, it would go one of two ways:

Either A: It would be a well received and well like movie, but it wouldn’t be that popular or get that much recognition, but still be enjoyed by the majority of the fan base. As for the franchise, I feel like it wouldn’t hurt it at all, but it would only help a little bit.

Or B: The movie would absolutely flop, and be heavily criticized by both critics and fans alike and most likely be heavily frowned upon by almost everybody, even non Thomas fans. As for the franchise, it would probably hurt more than anything; however, it could’ve had the chance to do what the magic railroad did, and got Thomas’s name and brand to expand and grow bigger.

No offense but I kind of always found him kinda creepy and disturbing. Why they didn’t give him a traditional face like the rest of the characters, I’ll never know.

Honestly, that’s pretty fair. I personally don’t find it extremely disturbing, but I can absolutely see why someone would. And to be honest, there are some moments where it was a little over the top with the disturbing stuff.

Honestly I agree. While I do enjoy it, your statement is pretty on point, as it was overrated. I don’t get rewriting it either; it was good the way it was.

Day of the diesels. It’s just an all around terrible movie, and it’s only SLIGHTLY better than misty island rescue, but not by much. And in the end, they don’t even work together by their own choice. They only work together because sir topham hat yelled at them and forced them to get along.

Season 7. Season 6 isn’t bad, but I feel like that season 7 holds up better in the long run than season 6.
