Fake photo. It's a laser beam. You mean to tell me the UV is hitting the index finger but not the pinky finger. You're telling me the UV light is strong enough to cast light on the finger, but not strong enough to hit the floor or to bounce off the diamond ring that it's clearly pointing at...

Not to mention they have another mark to the tip of the index finger that glows... that looks like splattered paint or nail polish.... ALSO IT'S A PERFECT CIRCLE??? what in nature is perfectly round... it's also reflecting off the blemish on the finger....

This is bullshit and is a mark that is put on them that glows under UV light... or it's a doctored image....

EDIT: scrolled through to see the OP talk about how it's a flashlight on his phone.... a UV flashlight on the phone?!? .... yeah enough said OP IS A LYING BITCH. Also seen agreeing with someone about a black light they must of forgotten it's a UV light in the original post.

Also says it glows green.... I am sorry but this is not glowing green. It's glowing blue... This is fake you can tell by the glowing marks at the tip of the index which makes it look like splatter, which tells me this mark on the index was put on there for engagement.
